A framed 1920s lithograph motto print distributed by the Buzza Company featuring the poem, "The House by the Side of the Road," by Sam Walter Foss (American, 1858-1911) with imagery by Lee Mero (American, 1885-1977). Foss's name is printed center just below the poem and Mero's name is lightly printed in the image's lower right corner.

This lot may be picked up free of charge from our facilities in Sacramento, CA. Processing and shipping within the Continental US $65.00. All FedEx packages are sent with Direct Signature Required and insured at full replacement value for a fee of 1.5% of the purchase price, unless buyer accepts complete liability in writing. Condition

Overall good antique condition. There is surface wear visible around the frame. No wear or restoration is visible across the lithograph with the naked eye or revealed under blacklight. Please see photos.
