Max Rigot Panoramic Photo Postcard dated 1914 lower left. Also known as ‘Weegham Park’ for Charles Weegham’s Chicago Whales from 1914-1915. The Weegham Whales folded in 1915 along with the Federal League. In 1916 the Chicago Cubs played their first game at the park and it was renamed Wrigley Field in 1927 after its Chewing gum owner, William Wrigley Jr. Note in the photograph the famous Wrigley Field brick wall in the outfield, as well as the famous house overlooking the outfield where fans are often seen watching games from their homes in modern broadcasts.Dimensions: 24” x 5.25”Processing and shipping within the Continental US $45.
